  • We offer domestic and international shipping:

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
