1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✔️ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔️ Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
✔️ The product must be in resalable condition with all tags, seals, and packaging intact.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Items not in their original condition.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

2. How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email us at info@hihotel.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Wait for Approval – Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Send the item back to our return address (provided upon approval). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4️⃣ Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
