- All products sold at HiHotel are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors and luxury perfume brands.
- Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without prior notice. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed on our website are in USD ($) and are subject to change at any time without notice.
- The final price at checkout includes product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping fees (if any).

6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, email us at info@hihotel.xyz as soon as possible.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the customer must follow our Return Policy.

- To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, we may require additional verification for certain orders.
- HiHotel reserves the right to cancel or decline any order that appears suspicious or violates our policies.
